 Client Profile: One of the largest Gold Mine in Ghana

 Client Business Requirement: To provide a Unified Voice, Video & Voice Mail messaging platform to over 400 users scattered in offices located in hilly and Bushy terrain over 10s of square kilometers, and integration into their world wide VoIP Enterprise Network, with connectivity to other sites within Ghana as well.

Solution Provided: CISCO UNIFIED CALL MANAGER, CISCO CALL MANAGER EXPRESS & CISCO UNITY

  1. Our IPT team planned & designed a comprehensive unified IP Telephony platform based on Cisco CUCM (Cisco Unified Communication Manager) & Cisco Unity Voice Mail System
  2. The Voice Platform comprised of a CUCM Cluster with load balancing and redundancy, running on Cisco MCS appliances
  3. The Voice Mail platform being fully integrated with Cisco CUCM and the clients existing MS Exchange platform.
  4. VoIP trunks to the clients corporate overseas offices
  5. Complete Delivery and on site implementation conducted by our team along with necessary skills transfer.
  6. Currently being supported through a comprehensive Service Level Agreement.
